Job Description and Requirements:
USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic II (Hydraulics) employee to work out of Ft. Eustis, VA.
Summary:**Strong hydraulics background on CH-47, UH-72 aircraft. General knowledge of Mil-Std and FAA Part 91 aviation processes and procedures. Work from drawings to execute special projects. Able to use various metal tube bending devices and swaging kits. Understanding of all Test Measuring and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) applications associated with aviation maintenance. Understanding of aircraft avionics, hydraulic, electrical, airframe, aviation life support, aircraft survivability equipment, armament, powertrain, rotor, and power-plant. Maintain hydraulic shop set, accurate inventory, hand receipt and order replacement equipment, parts as required.**
Requirements:**- High School Diploma or equivalent
* 5 years of relevant experience.
* Applicants selected will be subject to a national agency check.
* Medical physical required to operate powered aviation ground support equipment.
* Present accredited aviation maintenance training certificates or a military DD Form 214 with pertinentcoursework.
* Have a valid state driver's license to operate US Government vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
* FAA Airframe and Powerplant License preferred but not required.
* The incumbent is required to read, understand, and utilize pertinent Mil-Std IETM maintenance and parts manuals.
* Shape favorable maintenance outcomes by proactively planning ahead, prepositioning of Hydraulic bench stocks, consumables, special tools, TMDE,
ordering aircraft spare parts in advance
* Initiate innovative aircraft hydraulic maintenance processes that ultimately reduce aircraft down times and reduce tech supply Order Shipment Times
* Execute safe aircraft fueling, towing, weighing, washing.
* Be proficient in using Test Measuring Diagnostic Equipment-TMDE, special tools, and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals-IETMs.
* Additional duties as assigned.
