Job Description and Requirements:
USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking four (4) Aircraft Mechanic II (UH72, BK-117, EC-145) employees to work out of Ft. Eustis, VA.
Summary:**Seeking trained mechanic on UH72 with strong maintenance background on UH-72 Lakota Maintenance and Turbomeca Engine power plants. Trained and qualified as per AR 95-20 to perform Mil-Std maintenance support work. Airframe & Powerplant (A&P;) license is preferred. Perform scheduled-unscheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting on UH72 aircraft avionics, electrical, hydraulic, battery, rotor, power train, utility system, and turbine power-plant systems in a Field - Sustainment level support maintenance activity. Initiate faults, sign off corrective actions, and transcribe/close-out (both automated & manual) aircraft logbooks as per DA Pam 738-751. Process work orders, parts requests using the Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation Enhanced (ULLS-AE) system. Abide by State and Federal Hazardous Communications programs. Must have passed a physical examination within the past five years to operate powered AGSE. Participate in fall prevention, confined space, and OSHA-safety awareness programs. Use computer / electronic devices to access pertinent websites; IETM, LIW, LOGSA, JTDI, and timekeeping site. Mitigate risks by completing Deliberate Risk Work Sheet (DRAWS), Composite Risk Mitigation (CRM) worksheet assessments. Some travel and overtime may be required. Participate in recurrency training and complete mandatory training on-time. Comply with all maintenance procedures and the Ground Operations Procedures (GOP). Provide aviation maintenance supported customers with safe, mission-ready aircraft. **
Requirements:**- High School Diploma or equivalent
* 5 years of relevant experience.
* Applicants selected will be subject to a national agency check.
* Medical physical required to operate powered aviation ground support equipment.
* Present accredited aviation maintenance training certificates or a military DD Form 214 with pertinentcoursework.
* Have a valid state driver's license to operate US Government vehicles.
* Must have experience on UH72 Lakota model helicopters.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
* FAA Airframe and Powerplant License preferred but not required.
Duties:
* The incumbent is required to read, understand, and utilize pertinent Mil-Std IETM maintenance and parts manuals.
* Shape favorable maintenance outcomes by proactively planning ahead, prepositioning of bench stocks, consumables, special tools, TMDE, ordering
aircraft spare parts in advance, and complete maintenance inspection tasks in a timely manner.
* Initiate innovative aircraft maintenance processes that ultimately reduce aircraft down times and that reduce tech supply Order Shipment Times
(OSTs).
* Execute safe aircraft fueling, towing, weighing, washing, main rotor tracking, oil sampling, and the completion of phase maintenance inspections.
* Submit quality deficiency reports, warranty claims as required.
* Be proficient in using Test Measuring Diagnostic Equipment-TMDE, special tools, and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals-IETMs.
* Implement maintenance actions to comply with Aviation Missile Command-AMCOM (SOF - SOU - MIM - ASAM - GEN) action messages.
* Implement proactive maintenance planning processes by as per ATP 3-04.7 Army Aviation Maintenance.
* Comply with FOD program and utilize clean-as-you-go housekeeping procedures.
* Abide by State and Federal Hazardous Communications programs.
* Operate and maintain Aviation Ground Support Equipment (AGSE).
* Operate GSA vehicles as required in a safe manner.
* Participate in fall prevention, confined space, other training events, and OSHA-safety awareness programs.
* Use computer / electronic devices to access pertinent websites; IETM, LIW, LOGSA, JTDI, and timekeeping sites.
* Mitigate risks by performing Composite Risk Mitigation (CRM) assessments. Project and foster a work atmosphere that is conducive to safe aviation
maintenance.
